Offline Installation
Now this is what am focusing this post on.You might have thought it would have been nice if the google play offered an option to download apps in apk format.The advantage is that once u download the apks you can install the same on your another phone or tablet device.Also if you are having a high speed internet on your pc it is an added advantage .
So here we are using a tool called apk downloader [Un official -Use at your own risk ] , an extension to Google chrome .If you are running a browser other than Google chrome , get Chrome From Here .
Step1:Find your device ID
Type *#*#8255#*#* [*#*#TALK#*#*] on your phone dialer. Now you will get the Gtalk Device id of your device .
Step2: Install the apk downloader from HERE [Visit using your Chrome browser].
Step3:Enter your Gmail ID [Which u have registered or used at least once with your device ],Password & device ID.
Step4: Disable SSL Error warnings.
To do this go to your desktop , Right click the Google chrome Icon ->On the target box add the following string to the end along with a space in between.
--ignore-certificate-errors --allow-running-insecure-content
Step5:
Start downloading with Single click by visiting play store.[Only freeware apps ]
Now you have downloaded the apks.. Simply Copy them to your Phone's SD card and start Installing Each one after the other...

Quick installation of apks
Feeling irritated installing 100s of apps one after the other .Why should you take the strain when you can install tonne loads of apps in a single go using the Xperia flashtool. Its damn simple ,easy and faster.It took around 8Mins to install 40apps summing to around 400MB on my Sony Live.
All you have to do is to get the Xperia flash tool from Here .
Copy all your downloaded apks to a single folder.
Connect your phone to PC with the Debugging Mode enabled from the developer options.
Click on the Apk Installer Button and Select the folder containing apks.
Now clik OK to start installing all your favorite apps in a single go.
The Bin Icon next to the installer can be used to uninstall the apps and services as well.
